But, for me it varies sometimes it's 10pm but that's rare my goal time is 3am and waking up at 10am but lately it's been 5am and I've got to change that... Although I have been resting from not feeling well so it has been earlier now too

When I was young, I NEVER wanted to go to bed. I would do ANYTHING to NOT go to bed!

Nowadays, sleeping is my FAVORITE pastime, which I NEVER get ENOUGH of. I'll do ANYTHING to take a snooze or go to bed EARLY!

Oh I say whenever my man goes to bed and my smoothing voice caresses love making and spooning rear are needed to ease him to sleep. This can be anywhere after 11:15pm. I'm a late owl. Sometimes I sneak out of bed because I just can't stay asleep and answer posts on gag til 2 or 3 am.
