Lol most men spend less than 15 minutes on their profile pictures, yet men complain about how (according to OkCupid studies) women find most men unattractive. They say it's because women are more shallow than men, but really it's because men don't put nearly as much effort into their physical appearance, as women do.

I have only done online when looking for marriage. Thus, she needs to see me at my most boring, right up front. If a boring or less than perfect picture turns her away, I don't need that shallow, superficial bitch.

I'd say its because their standard are getting way too high because they can match with guys out of their league. Those guys are just looking for a quick fuck so if it seem too good to be true it is.

I don’t think it’s looks. I find every guy attractive. I think it’s the scenery guys choose of taking pictures, examples: bars, partying with buddies, surrounding themselves with other women. All these SCENERIES don’t speak relationship material. More of a bachelor life.
