I guess it has more to do with how frequently one does. If you do it regularly i. e on a daily basis then it might take longer because you need a new stimulus, new fantasy every time. If you do it once a week, it would take less time since your body anyway needs that release and it takes short time. If you do it once a month then may be you're in for a volcano eruption since it's sort of commendable and shows good self control if you can go that long without it.
