Braless is more of an active turn on but I don't know about "hotter." At this point I honestly just don't think about what people wear. Like... if you've got a cool t-shirt I'm happy for you and I might notice it but I don't notice like... "oh you have a low cut shirt" and stuff. I tend to look at faces a lot more so I don't actually pay attention to boobs and stuff =/

I think braless, a woman whose (covered) breasts bulge out from within her clothing is more appealing than a woman whose breasts are exposed, I guess just for the fact you cannot actually see them makes it more appealing, just my opinion.
