That's a hard question to answer as one leaves you mentally scarred for life and the other ruins your life.

Being raped is obviously worse because of the lasting trauma, the physical harm and the social stigma. Plus, you can't be "unraped". But if you were falsely accused of rape, you would still be able to clear your name in court and in the eyes of those who know you.
You can't be "unaccused" too according to the law of nature because what happens happens no turning back time. Even if the accuser took it back, that doesn't change the fact that the accuser had accused and the victim being accused. You can't time travel to stop it from happening. Involving the same principle with rape, you can also "unrape" by just stopping the rape if that's the case.
The consequences of being raped and being falsely accused are HUGELY different already. On top of that, the person accused can still go to court, and CLEAR THEIR NAME through the legal process, so they will still be able to avoid the worst consequences of rape accusation, like prison time or death penalty. They won't be 'unaccused', they would be PROVEN INNOCENT.
That's involves the same principle with being raped. The rape victim gets proven to be raped and supporte. If the rapist got convicted and she got supported, that's basically the "unrape" or the undo of rape. It would be quite hypocritical to say you can't undo rape but you can undo false accusation even if it's in FACT done before. The undo of false accusation is basically just like to make up for the false accused victim, just like to make up for the raped victim. Also it is in fact the punishment for raping is way harsher than the falsely accuser.
It’s not even just about justice system but anyone can make also make up anecdotes to trick the justice system like framing and being falsely accused and unproven can also happen. This isn’t just a one sided thing. When you can give only one then so can I giving individuals who actually got falsely accused convicted for decades. This guy was only 16 and now he’s 41. You will suffer from the rape no matter whether it is proven that you have been raped. the trauma is something no court can take away or heal. It is permanent. And in MOST cases the rape victim will have to live with the knowledge that her rapist is not convicted (fact). Yes sometimes a person is dragged through the mud before being proven innocent. That is the flaw of the system. But in MOST cases, this does not happen and their are acquitted quite easily.
Just like you will suffer from the lost of time due to the fact that you've been accused. There could also be people who are falsely accused and unproven judging by how long they've stayed convicted and the accused don't face charges most of the time (fact). No matter how rare being raped and falsely accused is, that's not the question. She's asking which one is worse. Im just debunking how you claimed "It can be undone" Let me ask you again, can you undo the lost of time and the time spent worrying? Even if he's proven innocent, he can still worry it might happen again.
Also while worrying it might happen again and thinking he can't be proven innocent, that's also permanent. So why so one sided?
It depends. Most false rape accusations never see the light of day, so they are not as bad as rape. But some men who are falsely accused of rape have their lives completely destroyed. A friend of my family was falsely accused and his life was completely gutted. He lost everything and ultimately committed suicide.

So as much as actual rape is traumatic because it involves violence, force, and bodily damage... which causes mental trauma. Rape accusations cause mental trauma as well, when the males life is completely destroyed. When they have to struggle to rebuild their lives, fight court battles and the financial issue it causes, losing their job, getting kicked out of school, being made a social pariah, losing family/friends, etc.
Depends on if ur a man or a woman. For a man, an accusation will ruin his life
