Men check women out overtly, women check out men covertly.

Women are (in general) less confident, they don't have the courage to be clear and honest about their interest, so they check men out but do so in a way that they won't be noticed. It's not necessarily a bad thing, it's an adaptation to being subjugated by patriarchal society. They have learned to be subtle and sneak around, as being bold can be dangerous.

Men, (in general) on the other hand don't fret and fuss so much about what other people are thinking or will say, so they just look where they want to look without trying to be sneaky or hiding it. So this is why most people in the poll will probably think that men check out women more, because it is an easily observable, unabashed and unhidden behavior.

I don't think there is much of a difference of men or women when it comes to checking out the opposite gender. It's all about the same he or she has a cute face or a cute butt. Some guys may also check out the boob area and the girls the guys body in general (muscles, ribbed rib area etc). Outside of what I mentioned not much left to checkout before getting much better acquainted.

Women are significantly less desperate for sex due to lower testosterone levels. A woman's sex drive tends to be cyclic rather than constant (men's) due to her fluctuations in hormones over her menstrual cycle. Women tend to base sex more on emotional comfort / attraction while men base sex more on their own sexual impulses + visual stimuli. There is also this stigma that men don't get emotionally attached after sex. This is wrong. Most of them do get attached after sex, its just they're less likely than women to get attached.

Hard to say. Men don't hide it when they watch a woman. Women check you out when they think you or no one else can see it. Women also are very observant of what a guy is doing more than we would think and what they themselves will really admit. They are looking at your social media. They are taking note of when you were last online. They are reading your posts, seeing your pictures, and looking at your list of followers. They just don't say it out loud.
