On one hand, the bikini photo exposes more of her skin and really shows off her tits/cleavage, making the bikini photo sluttier
On the other hand, bikinis are meant to be worn in public, whereas underwear is much more private, making the underwear photo sluttier
The first one is skimpier, shows off more, and she's not even near any water, so that one appears to be more attention-whoring.
Both are "slutty" (especially since she's taking the pictures herself and posting them online; not so much based on what she's wearing), the bikini one seems like more effort was put into being slutty, cause she's not even at the beach or anything. She had to change into that, to take this picture. At least the underwear one could be just as she woke up or got out of the shower. And it's in her bedroom.

I voted “A“, but I don’t like the use of the word “slutty“ in this context. I think both photos are incredibly sexy, the only reason I think photo A is sexier is for obvious reasons, there is less material covering up that beautiful body! I do find this question interesting, because I have always wondered myself about the fact that there is little to no difference between a bikini and a girl’s bra and panties. I often wonder how women feel when they wear a bikini, do they feel like they might as well be just wearing their bra and panties to the beach? I’ve always wondered about that.
Sluttier is not the term I would use. The word "slut" could be very hurtful to most women, but it doesn't affect me because I've been called a slut right to my face so much that it doesn't phase me, hence that word has no power over me.
The bikini photo definitely shows more skin than the bra and panties pic. I'm going to assume that bikini is either a thong or G-string since that's what this style usually is. If so, she wouldn't be able to wear that in public pools and certain beaches since most local ordinances make thong wearing illegal in public.
They aren't in themselves slutty. It's your behavior would determine that.

Bikini, if your picking the smallest clothes based on technicalities like "this is meant to he worn in "certain" public settings then that's more hoe-ish.
Neither of those are slutty. Bikinis more attractive simply because that’s what it’s designed to be. But like I said, neither are slutty. You have a beautiful body and the bikini flatters it very well.

See though slutty means that it is intended to be seen in public so literally the bikini pic is by definition more slutty but then if you think about what might be going through her mind in choosing to wear the bikini and you can deduce by the question that she isn’t intending for lots of people to see the bikini and only a man or two to see her underwear… so that makes the bikini more slutty as well. Lol!
Neither are slutty at all. I think the work slut needs to be banished from the language because it’s sole purpose is to shame and denigrate women who are strong, know what they want in life and aren’t afraid to go out and get it including enjoying sex.

So, as I said, neither of these photo’s are slutty. They are merely two different pictures of a woman who is comfortable with her body and who doesn’t appear to care what other people think.
Let’s stop using these words that are are designed to belittle confident women. Rather, let’s celebrate all the strong beautiful women out there and encourage them to be who they want to be.

I don't believe that clothing can make a person slutty, I believe it's all based on their actions and there's nothing slutty about underwear, I gotta say tho, nice balance tho, you got good posture for standing like a pretzel
