Have you been told that you're good-looking more from the opposite sex? Or your own gender? I've often had other guys think I'm not that good-looking and even joke about it, while it's more often been females to think I'm attractive.

Has it been this way for you? Or the opposite where more of your own gender thinks you're good-looking but less so from the other sex?

I have always had more female friends, so they were the one to tell me.
But now as I grow older and befriend more male friends, I get compliments from them too.
I guess now a bit more because my looks are a bit maturing since I look very young.

The opposite sex. I’ve had gay men tell me I’m attractive, but obviously there’s a smaller gay population than straight. Guys will often make comments like “oh of course it’s easy for you” when you talk about women. That’s a compliment as well I guess.

Both. But for some reason, gay guys are more straight forward. I’m not gay, but gay men always tell me I’m attractive. I don't know if it’s the culture of their community or the fact that we’re the same gender somehow makes it easier.
