I'd say men, just purely because it's easier for men to 'release'. A lot of women can't even orgasm through penetrative sex

I think women do. It is harder for women to orgasm, but they are more intense and last longer. I wish it was possible to experience sex as a woman so I could compare, though.

I think a guys orgasm is more intense but it only lasts a few seconds. A womans lasts much longer.

I agree, I wouldn't say one is better than another just because a women's can be longer. But I wouldn't say a women's is less intense than a man's
