Generally speaking men. But that doesn't mean occasionally a woman will have her moments where she surpasses her partner or that there aren't women who are generally more sexual than some men.

I can check my sexual urges more easily than my partner but I find that I'm much more adventurous than he is at times. Where he wants it more often I want it more intense when it does happen.

Women, in my experience, they are more sexually frustrated. Because dudes can get off whenever we want, a woman needs to put in some work if she wants to actually enjoy sex. Women who say they just want hook ups are usually lying. I have only met 1 or 2 that like one night stands.
