Well I don't understand exactly what you mean by sexualized, but I think we are all sex, and breasts are specially sex charged because of everything you exposed.
On my opinion sex is a type of energy and can be transmitted with almost everything, but there are elements which have the sexual energy attached to them, cock, tits, breasts, ass... Are physically related to sex, so I don't think it's just the culture.
There are other elements, like feets or necks which can be sexually charged but I see them more culture or education related, that's my opinion.

Because they're part of a woman's body. Every part of women's bodies is sexualized.
It's hard to say? I don't know... they can be touched, fondled, and sucked on while being intimate, maybe even other things. And it can be used for baby feeding which is very important for the baby. Some guys love boobs, some dont. I only care for them when I'm either horny or being intimate.
Bcos everyone loves boobs. Everyone loves seeing them. Boobs come in various sizes and each of those sizes and loved.
