So, my bathroom has a ventilating window that is blurred and only allows a passerby to see your silhouette, all apartments are the similar way.
I am usually showering early in the morning and late night and I have never worried about being seen by someone. Even if they see you, they can just see your silhouette of your upper body.
Today I took a shower in the afternoon and as I was showering, some passerby - probably someone going to the neighboring apartment- stood right in front of my window and was looking at my silhouette obviously, as I was seeing his silhouette too…
Now I think I have a pretty good silhouette and I am not too worried about that, but what’s wrong with men not passing any opportunity to have a glance of a woman body?

It's the simple fact that they know you can't see them and vice versa, so they're just taking advantage of the fact that they can spend a few extra seconds to take a longer look is all. It's not like you're going to run outside and start yelling at them in nothing but a towel.
