Why are most pervs and sexual predators the most ugly looking guys?

I mean you aren't wrong. A lot of pervs/offenders are indeed really ugly or downright weird looking. They just give off "ick" vibes. I actually had that happen with a local weirdo. I didn't know he was a sex offender at first but wow. He gave off some of the most uncomfortable vibes. He is just weird. He stares in really awkward, uncomfortable ways... including towards children. He is really ugly as well. Turns out yes, he is a sex offender with multiple offenses. If I ever see him, I do everything I can to avoid him.

I'm not saying attractive people aren't capable of being weirdos or committing crimes and I'm not saying all weird/ugly people are criminals... but yes. The sex offender registry is not exactly full of the best looking individuals.

A guess I have is that they are more desperate and might have a higher chance of being bullied so they are more abusive in their sexual practices. One guy who stalked me and tried to kidnap me in university grew up in a very abusive home which supports my argument that abused people have more temptation to be deviant. Too much comfort and ease can also corrupt you though, I hear stories about billionaires molesting infants or maybe even their own babies.
