It is not false. Some girls are born without hymen's. Some don't tear they only stretch. It isn't a reliable way to know for sure that someone is a virgin or not.

If you are under 30 it most likely will. The tightness of a virgin is usually just the entrance and nerves which mean you aren't fully relaxed. The less turned on or nervous a girl is the tighter it will be. You can conceive on your period as every women cycle is not exactly the same. We don't all ovulate at the same time.

It is more like 2 weeks on the vagina. If a woman has had multiple partners there is an impossibility that she still has an intact hymen. It doesn't guarantee virginity with or without it, but it does increase the likelihood she is one. Also, you are right a woman can get pregnant on her period, but she's less likely to. You are right on most of the anatomical facts, but the hymen is often a misconception. A woman could have sex a couple of times without it perforating, but certainly not dozens. It can break from other activities or she could be born without it, but more women aren't virgins.
The hymen can still be intact after multiple sex partners which is why it's not possible to tell. Not all hymen's are the same. They don't "break" they stretch or tear. Which can happen doing many none sexual activities. Any doctor who preforms this check needs to reevaluate.
The medical term is perforated, but colloquially people say break. You're only reiterating my point, but again at some point it will break. Realistically if a man or woman has sex it will be repeated, most women will be perforated by the second time. I know activities like horseback riding or bicycling can perforate it, but if a woman's is still intact this didn't occur. It still being there increases the likelihood that she has had less than 2 partners or sex two times. It is a point towards virginity, but if you don't trust her in the first place, none of it matters.

If a woman said she was and didn't have an intact one, it wouldn't cause me to doubt her (I would look at her behavior) and if I didn't trust her I wouldn't be with her. Virginity is more of a trust issue independent of a hymen, but having one decreases the likelihood she had more than two sexual encounters.
