Well, most questions from women are sexual as well, though in the vain of "how hot do I look in this?". You can just filter the types of questions you see/answer in your feed, or taking it farther block those who only spread their legs.
Even if they aren't sexual they are going to be redundant because some people aren't genuinely interested in different opinions, but reinforcing the belief they already hold, and will typically word their questions that way and repeatedly ask about the same topic.
That isn't everyone on here, and most of them aren't active for very long after gaining post nut clarity (male or female)
There are numerous categories of questions.
Go to those categories.
Many are repetitive because new users don't search topics and realize that a question has already been asked multiple times.
Of all the pink accounts I'd say 25% at least are guys.
If you see any one person constantly asking similar questions and you don't like it... block their account.
There are some really sharp, funny, real people with awesome and heartbreaking stories.
It's worth wading through a little bit of shyt to get to know them.
That's what makes it more worth the time you spend in here.

Because guys don’t research any of their silly questions before they ask them, & they’re all basically pervs, & not really ‘asking’ when the ‘ask’ the same sexy questions over n over. I think the majority are just looking for something to jack off to.

It really isn't, The majority of my questions are nothing to do with sexuality, and sex questions are not allowed in any other section, so you should be reporting the ines you are seeing outside of sexuality. You can block topics.
People are horny. Probably most of the "women" are men. And they like stirring the pot with bad faith arguments about the same topics over and over.
Sexual questions tend to be the most and looks based ones for females as many guys are here are thirsty whilst many women are looking for attention as they draw eachother so meh

I just ignore those questions and answer ones that interest me. It's probably about 1 out of about 75 questions that deserve an answer

Most people can have their actual real serious conversations in their real life. They come hear to ask things they don’t feel comfortable asking people in their lives. It’s like a safe place, supposedly no judgement but people still get really mad instead of scrolling past a question they don’t like
