Yes, I do believe they can get lost in the act. Those moments are Pleasurably Intense. Still, some have better Self-Control. Others just don't care. Its definitely not an effective means Birth Control. Its a Slippery Slope.
It could be different for different guys (?), but I believe it's either a choice (ie they just don't some of them, because it's naturally what we want to do and feels the best), but I know myself when I feel it coming on, there can be very little time to react. The point of no return for me is a very small window. I would never use this "method" (not one) because of that. I don't trust that I could time it right, every time. But there will be some guys that simply won't care about that.
All guys can pull out if they want to. To be safe limit yourselves to oral.
