Sexual Health Why do a lot of people fantasize about being cheated on?

A girl I know said multiple guys have told her they fantasized about her cheating. My ex was really pretty and the thought of her cheating wasn't exciting at all. The thought of her sleeping with someone better looking, more charismatic, more money... wasn't a very appealing thought. Why do a lot of people get turned on thinking about being cheated on? Cause it seems like someone who fantasizes about being cheated on, deep down feels inadequate.

I've noticed people who share that fantasy don't fantasize about being cheated on by the plumber, but by someone's boss or someone good looking.

I do not understand them either. The whole idea seems disgusting to me.
When they do it with their partner's consent it isn't cheating. Cheating is something done without their partner's consent. It is a submissive desire. Nothing more humiliating and submissive than letting your spouse/mate/SO have sex with other people, then still want to be with them after.
I am sexually submissive, and I find it very arousing to have a girlfriend that has sex with other people, as long as I get to have sex with her too. She needs to have it with different people, not the same person so she doesn't catch feelings. I think it's hot and sexy.
