Why do girls flash cameltoe but then get surprised when guys stare?

These kind of questions keep coming up...
First, looking is not the same as staring.
You can take a look because something draws your attention, like a cameltoe, cleavage or a funny looking person and then look away because staring at someone for whatever reason is impolite and makes people uncomfortable.
Second, cameltoes are (usually) not on purpose. When we wear pads we can't feel it if the seams of our clothes are splitting the pad cotton in half. I can't find a valid reason to sport a cameltoe on purpose.

1. Most, if not all of the time they're not doing it on purpose.

2. If they are doing it on purpose, it's not like it's for men's attention. That person might just like the way it looks on them and there's no reason to assume it's to appeal to men.

3. Men shouldn't be staring regardless. You may happen to notice it, but staring is excessive and rude.
