First of all, let's be clear that you women are very "capable" of taking care of yourselves because men conceive of design, build and maintain a modern world that allows you to be "capable" of taking care of yourselves in a very protected and sheltered world. Every modern convenience, tool, machine, vehicle, structure, fuel, infrastructure, and protective force that allows you to be "capable" is made possible by men, so let's keep that in proper context.
To your question, men will never feel comfortable expressing their feelings the way women do because, to put it simply, it's not masculine, and humans, both men and women, view feminine men are less attractive, less worthy and less valuable. That will never change, despite all our efforts to make a difference.
Men (and boys) know these things instinctively. We don't have to be taught or told. We see it from a very young age in the realities of human nature. It's not complicated or difficult to understand. Emotional men are simply unattractive, and always will be. Saying otherwise is dishonest, disingenuous and harmful to young boys who should be told the truth, not a lie that will end up hurting them later in life.0 0 0 0I'm not sure how your update ties into the original question.
I'm not sure how you can start an answer with your own opinion that has nothing to do with the question... or how you are still relevant in society, with that small mind locked behind those big protective doors. "A man with walls is a man that cannot put himself in someone else's shoes." Have a good day, not a man enough to be one. 👍✌️
I see your butt is very hurt. lmao
It's going to take a long time for this to change. A lot of guys have no idea how to put their feelings into words, and even if they do know how they feel like they shouldn't, which I think is why blind rage and life ending cases of depression are so common in men. Just be there for your man, an be sure to tell him it's okay to have an emotional side and share it.

They feel that way because that's how society thinks men should be. They are raised to think that they need to be tough and independent.
