Regarding anal sex hurting, it certainly has the potential to be painful, especially the first few times or if not done properly, but it doesn't have to hurt and it shouldn't. My wife and I have been doing it frequently for years and she loves it and asks for it all the time, not because it hurts, but because it feels good and gives her great orgasms every time. So again, please stop perpetuating false stereotypes.
