It would be a form of showing other guys/ other people that she belongs to him and him only. And I find that it's not just in photos, I see guys grab their girlfriend's butt all the time. It's kinda sexual, playful and flirty. And it is also used to draw attention from other people sometimes, like "Yo bro, Yeah, you see this fine ass? Yea? Do you also see me grabbing it?
