Why do guys never clean their foreskin?

In my opinion, it comes down to laziness. Too lazy to pull it back and clean there. Upbringing could be a factor too as others pointed out already.
It also could be an attitude towards women too: these guys may think that they are superior to women, and that women must do everything that they tell them.
It could be plain nastiness to force the girl to "deal" with the stuff under the foreskin.
I glossed over the other responses, and I picked up that you prefer cut men. Well, I don't blame you. Pesonally, I'm uncut: however I usually keep the foreskin pulled back at all times.
