Whether people want to admit it or not, men are stimulated more by visual than women. It's why women love a good flirty text message to ooze over whereas a man doesn't get the sentiment as much. They love to see boob pics, and therefore, their brain is wired to think that what's good for them is good for us too. If sending a dick pic means we might be impressed with the size and what good will come of it, then we will be even more inclined to become sexually involved.

Guys, take heed:

I think it is too harsh to call them idiots or creeps. Not that the act itself isn't creepy, but I doubt their intention was to creep girls out. I think it is as simple as this..
