The penis is naturally more sensitive.
The clitoris (the top part of the vulva) has approx 2x as many never ending as the head of the penis. Consequently, the penis is more directly stimulated during intercourse (leading to orgasm), whereas the clitoris generally need more direct manual or oral simulation.

An orgasm in a male can be induced within three minutes, and he couldn't stop not if he tried under certain circumstances. It's simple biology.
Males like sex first and relationship later.
Women want a relationship first and sex later.
The (differences in) arousal and orgasm time is just a reflection of this.
Simply put, the female orgasm is not necessary for reproduction. The male one is, which to me seems unfair.. Granted men orgasm easier, women can multiple.. So there are trade offs. In either case that definitely does not mean that men should not try to please their women. On the contrary, it means we should work harder to please our women.

* not all women take that much time to get warmed up once they ARE in the mood.
* not all women require both clitoral and vaginal stimulation
But you do, and unless you can change that, it's the hand you were dealt. It might change if you meet someone who turns you on so damn much that your brain by-passes all those things and your body goes crazy in 5 minutes. That could happen.
If it does, you'll be complaining "why can't guys last longer", because YOU will be able to have multiple orgasms over long periods of time! We don't get to do that !! Our bodies aren't wired that way.
