I've fairly small breasts yet I've always felt the need to wear a bra. The second a girl starts to develop, her mother gets her a bra and she's conditioned for life to wear one. But there are millions of men with much bigger breasts than me (and perhaps most women) who get through life without any braless problems.

As far as I’m concerned everyone could just go nude. IDC. But I believe the bra thing is cultural for modesty. Female breasts are considered a sex organ and laws require they be covered.
There is no real reason to wear bras other than support. I know, for some women, breasts hurt when they run, even walk, even on A and B cups. So, if you don't have that problem, then don't wear them.
