I am assuming you mean compared with blacks, since that is the race most commonly associated with big butts. White women do have butts. It just isn't what you are use to, so you think it is small in comparison. I know plenty of woman with great butts, that black women make fun of for having no booty. It just depends on what size you consider normal.
