Some girls are screamers other are moaners but they all show signs when truly orgasm.
If it sounds like porn, then it's fake, if it sounds natural and you can feel her muscle spasms, then it's real. But vocalisation is also to signal the guy when he is on track and done it right, so it's a bit complicated like everything with women.

Experts wondered the same thing. Last year, Gayle Brewer of the University of Central Lancashire and Colin Hendrie of the University of Leeds published their research on the topic - technically known as “copulatory vocalization” - in the Archives of Sexual Behavior. In the study, they asked 71 sexually active heterosexual women between ages 18 and 48 for more details about vocalization during sex.
The researchers found that many of the women did make noise, but not necessarily while they were having an orgasm. Instead, 66% said that they moaned to speed up their partner’s climax, and 87% stated that they vocalized during sex to boost his self-esteem.

If I remember correctly there was an article I read a few years back that suggested it was to get men to ejaculate faster. I think they stated that sex with quiet women tended to last longer than sex with vocal women.

It depends completely on the guy and his knowlidge on the female privates. For example, i've been with guys that made me feel nothing at all! Then ofc i didn't react at all. But then there have been guys that make me SCREAM and shiver and afterwards i can't feel my legs at all. So the difference is huge between how the guy works ✌

@TheUsername27 I think it depends on the woman and what she likes. A guy who can pick up on the queues and knows her buttons, so he can press them with a good rhythm (with tongue, fingers, or penis). I have noticed that the women I got off, it sometimes depended on her horniness level too and not just whatever "technique" I was using. I have also noticed that with a certain rhythm, it wasn't as pleasurable for me either, but as soon as I did a certain rhythm and she reciprocated by "pushing back" with the same rhythm (especially doggy), it was mindblowing.

@TheUsername27 Yeah there is three main factors; angle, depth, tempo. You can switch up the angle... I like to pivot or even grind. Then you have the tantric philosophy of shallow to deep thrusts. Like 2 shallow, 1 deep. And then of course tempo, which I feel the consistent rhythm to be the most important. Like if you keep starting and stopping, slipping out, getting cramps, etc. it is kind of hard to keep it in the same spot when she says "don't stop". All the more reason to stay fit...
