13 37Try using the free version of grammarly, available on the web. I use it myself and while it's not perfect it will reverse auto-correct errors and it generally makes it easy to write proper sentences and spell properly.
Are you using the phone app?
If yes then would suggest to turn off the Predictive text on your phone.
