Probably because it’s strained in his pants all day and it’s really painful leaving it in there. Basically, 90% of the day, we have our pants off so it relieves pressure on our male parts. When we are out in public or near other people, we have to leave our pants on and that’s when pressure can build and eventually just leads to it falling off.
