I've heard some guys say eating pineapple will make it taste better. Other's have said taking cinnamon capsules will do it. Even others have said not eating sugary foods makes it taste better. Does anyone else have any ideas?

I think diet has a lot to do with this.
There's several different factors that influence it, like his diet for instance.
People that drink lots of liquor, smoke, do drugs and eat bad foods will have bad smelly body fluids and waste.
Healthy diet and exercise will always give a guy better bodily fluids.
Hydration and diet. Period. If the guy stays hydrated and has a very good diet, I believe (I do not know for a fact, because I myself have never personally tasted sperm nor will I) that his diet can effect the taste and odor of his sperm. I gave had different women tell me at different times in my lifetime.
What the guy eats for food. Pineapple is good to eat
