Feels pretty tight and you're kind of trapped in that position. Mobility is more restricted than missionary. It feels pretty different as well from the missionary even as far as how it feels inside from the reverse angle (feels more like doggy than missionary, but even tighter). Maybe because the penis tends to curve up, i. e. in that position, the vagina will curve the opposite way, potentially leading to greater friction on the top of the glans. Also, it's harder for the woman to spread her legs in that position, so she will be tighter.
