It depends on length of time after break up but to me if she goes straight out screwing someone they have been already talking to them before break up or already fucking them one or the two and cheaters are sluts
It's not slutty. Only a prude would think that way. A woman should have the freedom to express herself any way she wants as long as it doesn't hurt someone else.

Because being slutty generally is used to mean engaging in promiscuous sex, or acting like someone who does.
