Yeah, the sort of creepy gropey guys seem to be ever present in the most wide open spaces on the web.
A place that could possibly work online would probably have less people (probably something like a hundred?), have been in existance for a little while (months maybe), and be diverse age and gender wise (nationality even).
Could be a personal interest, a help and advice group about literally ANYthing that you want to learn more about.
A big online game that has smaller clans or tribes inside it. Groups in those tend to be diverse as people with similar attitudes will tend to clump together and you can always move from guild to guild.
In real life volunteering can be a good way to meet people.
My example would be. I was looking for a way to work with animals as a paying job / career. I started volunteering at the local shelter to learn more about what was available and possibly make contacts. This also has the advantage of being more structured so that there would likely be LESS of that unwanted sort of attention AND not being your actual employment situation.
Just a couple ofsuggestions... I'm sure there are lots more ways to skin this cat.

One of my friends daughters was on about this sort of thing too, a while back. She was showing all the stuff she's getting on Insta and when I pointed out the content she was putting out was attracting the comments, and not the other way round, she got the hint.
It seems like the vast majority of people, men and women both, are out to get maximum returns on minimum investments in relationships with others. Women are making millions on sites like onlyfans offering nothing more than a fantasy. Similarly, men have access to dozens or sometimes hundreds of women online through social media. Finding one who’ll have sex with him after only a chat or two is a simple matter of numbers. Know that no matter what he says to you, he likely doesn’t mean it and he’s probably said all the same things to someone else, probably many others many times.
People don’t really respect and appreciate each other anymore. This is the beginning of the fall of mankind.

Instagram is obviously a visually oriented platform, and men are visually oriented towards beauty, and silly women, such as yourself, post photos of yourself on there specifically to show off how good you look.
NOt every guy is like that, you know. I actually offered advice to this one girl to help her improve her Instagram galleries and she took my advice.

Without seeing your IG it's hard to say, but if your profile pic here is you then you're an attractive young woman. Guys are visually hardwired sexually so if you're an attractive young woman guys, unfortunately, might assume you're looking for sex irrespective of what your content looks like to you.
In the last four months I've blocked about a dozen accounts because they wanted my WhatsApp number then started asking for nudes and sending unsolicited pics in various stages of undress and wanting to meet for sex.
Now my marriage may not be in the best state right now, but I sure as hell don't need that shit.
