It happened to someone I know, and the cause was hemorrhoids. But any unusual sexual activity could have also resulted in slight bleeding. Maybe it's wise to visit a doctor if it persists.

It's a high chance you got it from that. You can get it from taking a big shit. I had blood on ebd end of paper. It was a bit of fright at first. But it's most likely from a hemorrhoid or from straining. If you worried go to doctor though
