Why isn't sexual assult and domestic violence against women in India is not taken seriously?

Counter question if the women accused the man of domestic violence or sexual assult in India and the court grants the man Interm protection from arrest do you think that's a chance for the victim to lose their case because of the court granting their abuser that? I seen this happen a couple of times so I'm just wondering.

Though the abuse rate in India is more,
I believe this is because we did not have a divorce system a 100 years ago. The women had to suffer everything their Husbands made them go through. They did not have a say in anything. And this made it all grow in India.
But now women are standing up for themselves and fighting for their rights so it is getting better :-)

Although the constitution of India grants men and women equal rights, gender disparities are still in India. Honestly, I am a big feminist and things like this are really disappointing to see. We're all humans right? So I don't get why people sometimes treat women with such disrespect and get away with it. It just makes me SO ANGRY to see things like this happening around the world. Indian women aren't given as much opportunities as men are, especially in workplaces.
They must hate women. When did feminism show up in India?
But why would they hate the gender that gave birth to them? Lol
That is a conundrum. Maybe it is like an incel in the West. If they feel rejected by most/all women they lash out at all women

I dont blame him, asisn women treat white men like their Dicks are made of solid gold. Ispent a few years working in various countries in South East Asia. I had a great experience with dating some lovely women there, even had my heart broken there. I dont know if I was so successful dating there because I was a white man or because they liked me as I was so naturally charming and handsome.
Everybody assumes thst Asian girls are only ever intrested in white men for money or as prostitutes & there is certainly is that but a lot Asian women just like white men. Young, hot, single, educated women just looking for fun to have a good time. They even approach white men they like the look of, buy him a drink at the bar or ask him to Dance, if she likes you she will take you home for sex. They have no hang ups about cooking for you, cleaning for you or doing your laundry if you spend a lot of time together which absolutely amazed me. Lile I dated in Manhattan and as a 6'3 male women were mad to get with me but still had an attitude, i never had trouble dating in new york, whereas in Asia there was a real appreciation of myself and a sense of gratitude whether it was deserved i dont know. That was my experience of vietnam, the phillipines, thailand, Burma, India, Malaysia and Indonesia. I've never had so many sexual options as I had when I was in Asia, even seriously dated a Thai chick for some time.

Oh I live in the U. S but love Bollywood lol. Oh and interim protection from arrest means protecting the person who been accused from being arrested I guess until another court day comes up

I not sure what the right thing to do in terms of justice in the courts. But yeah its crazy to see the hate so many men have for women.
