My friend knows some guy that has that type of mentality. He's fixated on a girl's virginity and thinks that makes her a good, valuable person.
He still thinks that a real raped victim (even if she was 10 years old when it happened) is unfortunately forever ruined and damaged goods. That sounds like a terrible losing situation. How is she damaged if she had no control over what a scumbag did to her? How is a woman that got raped as a kid damaged goods?
Why would any man think legitimate raped victims are damaged goods?

So she's forever a dirty person not worthy of ever finding love even if she got raped at the age of let's say 8-10 years old; a little kid. Even if a child molester did that to her?
Of course she is dirty, the rapist dick had made her dirty, she might even got a STD.
As long as she is healthy I don't understand why someone would think that from a physical standpoint. However, there is the possibility of psychological trauma (PTSD) and not everyone is prepared to lead someone back to a sense of normalcy through that minefield.
