Guys, would slightly turbulent breasts be a turn off/deal breaker for you?

Turbulent breasts usually have the bad characteristics and are rather the opposite of the "ideal rack". They're not that perky, usually have larger areolas, may vary in sizes a lot and the nipples show properly only when cold/turned on. Also the shape just... isn't round much.

Is it a big problem for you? Would you dump a girl because of them or make fun of her? Honesty is welcome.

I don't have it extreme but I can see that my breasts are slightly "turbulent".

Breasts like the rest of a woman's body are part of the eye candy. A pretty face and shapely body will catch our eye. Your personality, charm, and ability to connect are what keep us there.

Most of what you mentioned will make little difference in the bedroom because we just love to play with them. With your clothes on, you have a great deal of flexibility in balancing size difference and nobody can see your nipples that way.

I do like small areolas and nipples, well and small breasts in general

You may encounter some guys who will hesitate when the bra comes off. If you do your job right, he will be destracted by your passion.
