Getting tested is more nerve wracking than actually difficult. You go into your local planned parenthood or teen clinic and sign in. You fill out some paperwork and pee in a cup. You think that everyone is judging you and knows why you're there but in reality they really don't care at all, because that's their job. You get your results about a week or two later and that's it! It's a lot easier on the nerves to go in with a partner, and strangely enough can tighten your emotional bond and trust. Because your partner is willing to do something stressful and/or causing anxiety together with you

i can't judge them for having their fun! the only issue i would have is worrying that i was inadequate to one of their partners - i would worry about that in almost all cases, but i would worry more if they'd had more partners just because chances are higher with a broader selection of exes 😅
