I have, but honestly, most cars are really too small. If you have a van, truck, or decent-sized SUV, that's going to be a lot more comfortable and give you a lot more options, and so it's probably going to give you a better experience.

Back when I was a teen, there were a few times when the car was the only option, so we made it work, but we'd definitely preferred a bed (or couch, or something).

I have and it sucked! I mean I did it in an SUV, in the back of a van and in the back of a car and the car was dumb! The SUV was mostly just fun because it had dark windows and cool leather seats. It was a nice SUV and man that was fun sex. The van was only fun because we had removed the seats so it was like crawling in to bed together. But otherwise that was dumb too.
