I've been to 1, 13, 17, 22, and 53 (although a few 22 was as a kid) as well as a few that aren't listed here, and quite a few unofficial nude beaches, hot springs, etc.

Nudist beaches and resorts are not sexually charged environments. Any type of overt sexual behavior is actually a big no-no. The whole point is to escape from self-conscious imagery of the human body.

I've lived in Southern California, Orange county, Huntington Beach. Honest to God I've seen girls riding bicycles at the beach that look like they wear more to bed than they have on. Nearly nude and it isn't even a nude beach. I've seen girls cause traffic jams and clog traffic where they're riding lol.

I have been a nudist all my life and I go to a very large and very nice resort every weekend (Caliente in Tampa). I have been a nudist all my life and will raise my children (when I have them) the same way. I have been to all the beaches that I listed above!

Try Haulover Beach in Hollywood, FL. There are 1000s of people there on weekends in the summer and the average age is around 20 or 21 years old. You would love it! Very safe! Try it once and you will never want to wear a bathing suit again!

While I am not a nudist per se, if I were there, I would probably give it a shot. As a Massage Therapist, I realize there is a time for clothing and some times when it is a hindrance. I gave a massage demonstration to a group of about 12-15 nudist couples and found them to be very normal, intelligent, varied, friendly and engaging people. The only difference being that sometimes they prefer to socialize without clothing. Many people just can't understand that just because others think there are times when clothing isn't needed, that somehow that equates to a 24/7 invite for sex- and it does NOT! Just be sure to bring a drying towel and a "sitting " towel. ;- )
