Both of these statements are designed to be insults, so I wouldn't be offended. This would just further shape the opinion of the girl that said them - in the negative direction.

However, conceptually, if the guy did have a small penis or an ugly face and what the girl said wasn't intended as an insult like if they were discussing their physical shape and looks, it could be ok I suppose, and I wouldn't expect anyone to lie just to make a guy feel good.

Anyway, as I have gigantic penis (3ft at least, and that's when I'm flaccid) and super model like looks, this would never happen to me 😂

Well, I think it’s a matter of priorities regarding self respect. Whether it be myself or anyone else, a person‘s genitals should be the lowest of priorities when it comes to acceptance. Truthfully, no one should see each other’s genitals until there is a foundation of love and getting to know the other person first. Also, a person who truly loves another is not going to reject them based on some preconceived notion of how a persons genitals should appear. Now the face on the other hand, that says everything about a person. It’s reflective of their soul and their personality. The face is the signature of the person. If we are truly in it for loving the person, then the face is what would matter to me. If you reject me because of my face, then that is a much more harsh rejection.

A small penis isn’t a problem unless you can’t satisfy a woman. If a woman is so superficial that she judges him on his size then she has the problem.
