So i went. #1 they had every other machine closed. However, when u walked in, they didn't check temp like advertised on the news. They had a sign sayin IF YOU HAVE COVID SYMPTOMS DO NOT ENTER. They then asked one by one if u had it. Lmao wtf do u actually think money hungry gamblers are gonna be honest. I lysoled every machine then wiped it with a germ killer wet wipe. Then i used germex. I think i broke one touch screen machine after spraying it 😂 they served drinks and not everyone wore masks

That's the point, they couldn't accurately test, so it is just a fear tactic. Anyone testable would be too sick to go out, but those untestable would screen themselves out of fear. With ambient temperatures, restaurant heat, distance from sensor, and physical activity there is no way the could confirm a couple of degrees bump in temp. They would have to go invasively in your nose or ear for accuracy.

I would not enter a premise that doesn't check temperatures.
While it is no guarantee of anything as many carriers are asymptomatic, it is still better than nothing until either a vaccine or a proper medicine for it is available.

Every store I've been to here including the gas stations require a temp check before entering any enclosed spaces. Eating? I have my groceries delivered... have you checked out the extortionate prices being asked for takeaway meals these days?
