Would you care if you could hear your housemate having sex?

Question

I live in an apartment with 2 other girls. Basically I really want to have my boyfriend stay the night so we can start having sex but I'm worried about the other girls hearing us.

The bedrooms are all right next to each other and I can be a little noisy when I'm having fun. We have sort of all joked about it before and agreed that hearing sex noises is just going to be a normal part of life when 3 adults share 1 apartment.

But I'm still super embarrassed. Is it really normal and not weird to just go at with my boyfriend and just completely not care that the others will hear?

I'm in the military so everyone has a roommate, and the rooms are pretty small with the beds maybe 6 feet apart. My boyfriend at the time had a roommate, who also had a girlfriend. Roomie and girlfriend would go at it every night and it'd be super obvious. Didn't stop my boyfriend and me from going at it. None of us mentioned anything to the other party- it was kind of a universal we all know what's happening but it would be way too awkward if we acknowledged it so let's keep quiet type of deal

That's kind of to be expected.
Of course the idea of your roomies hearing you is a little embarrassing but they're probably not even say anything. At most they may tease you.

It seemed like you were able to crack jokes about it before, I'm sure nothing will change. Just don't make it a habit to the point where it keeps them awake or disturbs them or any other possible guests they may have over.

I've heard it often and I don't really care. I have the room right next to a girl and she's pretty loud. She always apologised in the beginning but I told her idc and now she stopped apologising. I've heard the other guy when he has a girl over but that's rarer cause he's farther away and he comes home at weird times s I'm asleep a lot. I wouldn't worry too much I don't know how girls handle this kind of thing but it'll be alright maybe you'll be closer friends :)

Just put a loud movie on or music, thats what I use to do.
One time I could hear my housemate having sex with Seinfeld playing in the background, it was hilarious to hear.
Its no problem if your housemates respect your personal space and you respect theirs.

I know I'd feel uncomfortable, even tho it's a normal part of people's lives. But it's gonna be uncomfortable to me because then I have to face the person and pretend I didn't hear anything.
Doesn't mean you shouldn't have sex with your partner, just try to not be too noisy.

Nope,,, not really,,,, but can be irritating like late night, early morning, one night, the girl next to me made so much noise, I just like walked hard into the door, and they were in such a hurry it was open,,, switched on the light and to my surprise they were actually 3 in the room, that's why... It's normal but I personally would try and plan the way crazy loud sessions for when they aren't home but if we did get wild then it is what it is no big deal for me anyways but her 2 female roommates will be thinking damn what the fuck is wrong with my man or they'll be trying to have their boyfriend there so he'll hear and feel pressured to step it up. You become accustomed to it if you are having sex regularly, I didn't mind when I had college roommates, because we'd be guilty of the same.

If noise is something that bothers you when not alone, stuff your face in a pillow. It's great when you want to have sex in someone else/yours/parents house.
