Deformed. The picture doesn't really look like the real life conidition which is way more obvious usually the breasts are very very tube shaped and cover little or the chest wall, the areolas usually encapsulate the entire breast

I have seen asymmetrical breasts in real. I think deformity if it is symmetrical, still blends with the torso, but asymmetry is prominently off. Big (pancake sized) areolas are just a genetic variation like penis sizes in men, I don't think it is a deformity. Is it?

Have u seen tuberous breasts? They are referred to that, generally they are very tube shaped with the areola encapsulating the breast. The breast generally covers a very small part of the chest. Think of a inch or so long slice of pepperoni sticking out of the chest

That's awesome! The pics still look like a perfected version of tuberous breasts, symmetrical and all... If you look up the condition they look much more obvious. Pepperoni or cucumber shaped small breasts that generally point downwards with no "underboob" large spacing between the breasts, and the areola usually encapsulates the breast. Often the breasts are very asymmetrical.
