I think that it's less a problem for a guy if he receives nudes from his SO. I think that males are more sexual in nature, and I think some would view this as her showing affection to him.
For a women, I think it's less favorable to receive nudes from their SO. I think that the majority that are against this, associate sex with a form of pain, so they don't like to go there mentally. I also think that women with aversion to sex is natures way to give women some sort of "not in heat" phase, because if they were desiring sex like men, we'd be fucking constantly.

If it was just a day in which they sent a lot of them to be flirty and naughty, that's totally fine. But if they sent them constantly all the time, then I wouldn't like it at all. Relationships aren't just about sex, and if your partner is constantly sending you explicit/sexual content, then clearly that's the only value they place in the relationship. That wouldn't attract me at all.
