Would You Have Sex With Someone Who Told You They Needed To Video Tape It As Proof Of Your Consent?

Would You Have Sex With Someone Who Told You They Needed To Video Tape It As Proof Of Your Consent?
This question sparked by not one but two male users reply that the sex should be videotaped as proof of her consent (TF) on this question I posted earlier...
Should People Card Someone Before Having Sex With Them?
Ladies, please be careful about letting someone videotape you...
Would You Have Sex With Someone Who Told You They Needed To Video Tape It As Proof Of Your Consent?
And doing that without consent is in fact a crime...

  • Well, apart from having a hard counter to false rape accusations, I don't care about the verification of consent thing anyway. I've been recording having sex a bunch of times, so it really wouldn't bother me.

  • No, I would never put a girl through that to videotape consent
and or for us to engage in sexual intercourse I think guys
who do this have major issues going on and he is not mature
so he will share the videotape with his friends, relatives etc
yes the list goes on and really sad but this does happen

    • I agree 💯 with you...

  • No way.

    • 👍👍👍

  • No just no

    • Right, that's so wrong

  • That's some BS right there. No I wouldn't, and even if you did it and one protests and you continue, with the video you could be like "it was just roleplay!"

    • Right!! Pure BS💯

  • WTF is this world coming to. Like blow my mind and cook the pieces

    • Right!!! Crazy people these days

  • I would not no.

    • Right!! That's just crazy ass shit

    • Yeah plus there’s no guarantee she wouldn’t use it against you.

    • Or he wouldn't

  • If you allow anyone access to any naked pictures or videos of yourself you need to understand they won't be the only ones to see it and there's a good chance it will wind up on the internet. They have an imagination and a brain that keeps memories stored for them to pull up whenever they want. I mean it's not that big of a deal anymore but just know 99.99% of the time they won't be the only ones seeing it.

    • Right!!! I would never do that! This was more a question sparked by the user that said all men should record sex for proof of consent and women should just get used to it. I couldn't believe someone would really say that, so just had to get others opinions... My thing is if I can't trust you or you can't trust me, sex just ain't happening...

  • No. I wouldn't. I will fuck with someone I trust and I will very much like to be trusted in return.

    • Exactly!!!

  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time, the video wouldn't acknowledge that.

    • 👍👍👍

  • I cannot even stand to hear my own voice. I certainly wouldn't want to watch myself tilling the fields.

    • 🤣🤣🤣

  • Yeah.

  • that could cause some blowback. also would keep someone who is underage from being threatened by violence if she was threatened off camera. Also, it wouldn't make any difference in the eyes of the law. The age of consent is called that because the court would simply use the age of consent definition, that she was not old enough to choose yes or no, That's why its statutory., regardless of what she says on camera or even if she stood up in court and said, "your honor I asked the plaintiff if he could fuck me nine ways from Sunday. The law states that under certain age a person is not capable of judging yes or no.

  • Lmao. Great question! I would not. Why? Because there is a better way to do it that doesn't make the other person question your motives. Just video tape their verbal consent. As long as they don't look under distress then that should be good enough, right? You don't need to film the sex part. You could also have them sign a paper while video taping them sign it and agree to having sex. Those are better ways that don't come off as manipulation.

    • Exactly! I feel the other way is just a way to get someone to agree you to videotape you having sex, and while I myself would be like get TF out of here with that, some people are more easily manipulated

    • *get you to agree

    • Technical Problem with verbal consent is like a contract it’s not fool proof for a consensual activity that is only legally binding until someone feels unsafe etc it’s not like agreeing to buy a house. Sakes final etc. with sex you can pull out anytime if need arises. It has to be consensual all the way through not just the beginning. 🙈🤷‍♀️ something can go wrong during and there’s no proof that they said STOP and the other person ignored and continued or ; that they DID NOT say stop yet claimed they did etc.

  • In a few years, the government will require body cams to keep track of us so it will be a moot point! jk

It still goes back to the original tenet of daters/ relationship seekers: Quickly get to the point where you can trust one another without the need for a document.

    • Exactly... That's it, if you can't trust that person than don't have sex with them

  • That's crazy, I'd rather not have sex at all. I don't want to be pressured into being videotaped having sex

    • Exactly!!!

  • The videotape argument could easily be crushed with the use of a contract

    • True.. But do you want to have sex with someone that had that little trust in you they need you to sign a contract or have video proof.. I sure the hell don't, won't, wouldn't 🤷🏼‍♀️

    • I would probably drag him to a therapist

    • 👍👍👍 that might be a good thing lolol

  • I think it's fine if you get a video of her saying "yes I will have sex with you (says date and time here)"
But anything past that is 100% a bad idea for the woman.

    • "But anything past that is 100% a bad idea for the woman."... I agree there... But so you really want sex with someone you don't trust? I mean I don't... Someone asking me to sign a form of consent would show a lack of trust... No trust=no sex

    • I'm of the mind that casual sex is healthy so long as you know the other doesn't have an STD and you use condoms. Men and women have always been pretty separate on that :p

    • If it's so healthy, why the need for a consent form 🤔 that don't sound like healthy sex to me 🤷🏼‍♀️

  • Not likely I would ever let myself be videoed.

    • Right! Anyways, but for a guy to think it's a guy's right to videotape sex as proof of consent and women should just go along with that.. well that's up there with one of the craziest things I've read on here smh🤦

    • All I know is if a guy said that to me he wouldn't be getting any sex that night. Well not from me thats for sure.

    • Right! Same! Only sex he'd be "getting" is me shoving that webcam up his ass, he can get a video of the inside of his asshole 😂

  • Of course not. Even if one day we come to this sad need of proof, a videotape would be the last resource accepted even for men. Unless they wanna get famous since apparently that's the first ladder to be someone. Right, Kim Kardashian?🤣🤣🤣🤣

    • 🤣🤣🤣 but it was an idiot male user on here who said men should videotape sex for proof of consent and women should get used to this idea... To which I replied "then men should just get used to not having sex then" cuz yeah any guy told me he had to videotape sex for proof of my consent gonna get a webcam up their ass state can have a video of that 🤣🤣

    • Men always find a way to f*** us no matter what, girl LOL

    • 🤣🤣
