I've done that before at a friend's party. It was mostly with the girls. There was only one other guy, I felt awkward at first, but after a while, I started feeling more comfortable with them. My self-esteem improved because I've always been self-conscious about my body, and them seeing me naked, and me seeing them naked, I know I'm not the only one.

I felt better about my body afterward and felt more open around them.
