Big spoon
Little as you end up with a dead arm as the big spoon. Also if I get hard she may think I'm after sex again which don't always go hand in hand as you may think they would and I'm more likely to as the big spoon.
If it wasn't with my girlfriend but for warmth in a survival situation with another women then the little spoon would definitely be best to keep things as appropriate and unsexual as possible.
