Those girls are both hot to me. I would not consider it at all. The darker girl looks a little more exotic though so between the two, I’d go darker. I’ve got a weird thing with black girls... I’m not into them as some sort of fetish... don’t dislike them for any reason. I find I’m not usually into black girls but I find all my top crushes are black. I feel like they don’t have middle of the road girls. Ugly or real hot. Lol
It depends case by case on but based on the pictures the one on top interests me more slightly. But I don’t have a general rule saying one or the other here

Between those two the light skinned girl is more attractive. But it depends on the girl. Their are dark skinned women more attractive than that light skinned girl

In this specific case the light skin girl. But traditionally i find dark skin girls more attractive. All three of the black girls i actually was really into were very dark skinned.
