Oof this a really tough question!
I don’t know if you mean rather have as in my own body or if you mean which one is more attractive so I’ll answer both
I personally am all about skinny but that’s just beyond anorexic and even if I wanted to gain weight I physically can’t for some reason so ima go with neither 🙃
The one on the left is definitely more attractive and healthy looking then anorexic girl tho

The left one is a completely normal body type. Looks attractive from that picture. The right one is a condition I’ve never witnessed in real life. I would be worried about the general health state of that person. I cannot think about it in sexual terms.
